The Basilei kitchen is where heritage marries creativity. Our mission is to craft every product with integrity to our family's tradition, all whilst pushing the envelope of dessert creation. We believe that the timely process of manufacturing by hand is how all of our products are infused with excellence and marked with precision. Basilei's team are the makers of their signature luxury fudges, Cream Cheese Dark Chocolate Brownies and Italian Inspired Nougat and Floral Flavoured Marshmallows. We are always looking to introduce the world to delectable treats so watch this space for new developments.

Basilei Cafe offers specialty coffee, baked goods, breakfast and lunch and of course our range of luxury confectionaries. We also cater for weddings, corporate gifting and different retail spaces.
